Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ns70 platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ns70 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of ns70 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. ns70 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login information. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to the support team immediately.

Ns70 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time to ensure platform security and meet compliance requirements. Users who fail to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may have certain account functions temporarily restricted.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the ns70 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia and any other relevant jurisdiction. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ns70 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform
  • Engaging in fraud, falsifying information, or impersonating another individual
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes
  • Transferring funds between accounts for money laundering purposes
  • Distributing harmful, obscene, or illegal content through the platform

Ns70 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or freezing of the funds involved while an investigation is in progress.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ns70 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ns70 supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved digital payment options. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are registered in their own name. ns70 does not accept payments from credit cards or third-party accounts that are not registered under the account holder's name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are stated within the platform and are subject to change. Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed before a transaction is confirmed. All transaction decisions made by the ns70 system are final unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.

Withdrawals require completed identity verification before they can be processed. ns70 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals that raise concerns during an ongoing investigation, without prior notice, in line with the platform's compliance obligations.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Ns70 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or events beyond the platform's control. ns70's total liability to any user is limited to the amount of active funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ns70 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Any funds remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of an investigation.

Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so through the account settings section or by contacting ns70 customer support. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned once the identity verification process is complete.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content, designs, code, and other materials on the ns70 platform are the exclusive property of ns70 or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission. The ns70 platform may contain links to third-party websites; ns70 is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Ns70 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or through registered communication channels. Continued use of the platform after a notice has been issued constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
